Dr. Pravin Patil’s medical career is built on a solid foundation of education and extensive training, both in India and abroad. He completed his MBBS from T. N. Medical College (Nair Hospital), Mumbai in 2002, followed by a year-long internship.
In the UK, Dr. Patil earned his MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians, London, and continued his specialization in rheumatology through the London Deanery, where he gained five years of focused training. After returning to India, Dr. Pravin Patil established a dedicated rheumatology clinic with the mission of eradicating preventable deformities in patients with autoimmune diseases. One of the biggest challenges in this journey is the delay in diagnosis, which often leads to irreversible complications. By offering all essential services under one roof, we strive to simplify the diagnostic process and enable timely intervention with advanced treatments.
The journey from the onset of symptoms to reaching a rheumatologist is often long and arduous for patients. However, with perseverance and dedication, we are humbled to have touched the lives of over 40,000 patients so far.
Our next big transformation is to expand our reach by building multiple centers to provide specialized care for rheumatic diseases.

Looking back, it’s hard to believe we started this journey 10 years ago. It has been a long, winding, and exciting road filled with successes, challenges, and invaluable learning experiences. On a professional and personal level, it has been a growth journey like no other.
There have been moments of doubt—times when I questioned why I returned to India or why I chose this demanding path. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.
As we embark on the next phase, I am filled with hope and excitement for what the future holds. I can’t wait to see what the next five years will bring as we launch a new center dedicated to providing exclusive care for rheumatic diseases.

Dr. Pravin Patil’s sub-specialty training includes managing complex conditions such as Early Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hypermobility, Chronic Pain, Sarcoidosis, and Adolescent Rheumatology.
After completing his Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training (CCT) in Rheumatology in 2012, Dr. Patil served as a Consultant Rheumatologist at Southend University Hospital, where he further refined his skills and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatological disorders.
